1. SCOPE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT

USIPE provides comprehensive enforcement services for intellectual property violations under United States federal statutes governing trademarks (Title 15), copyrights (Title 17), and patents (Title 35).

LEGAL FOUNDATION: All enforcement actions are conducted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Lanham Act provisions, and established platform abuse reporting protocols.

  3. Infringement Detection: Automated systems flag potential violations based on similarity thresholds and legal criteria.
  4. Legal Review: The Paralegal reviews detected violations for statutory compliance and enforcement viability.
  5. Notice Generation: Platform-specific takedown notices are generated using established legal templates.
  6. Dispatch & Tracking: Notices are sent through appropriate channels and tracked for compliance response.
  7. Follow-up Escalation: Non-responsive platforms receive escalated notices through alternative channels.
  8. Case Documentation: All actions are logged under the assigned Case ID for audit trail compliance.
NOTICE: All enforcement actions require proper legal standing. False or misleading claims may result in account suspension and potential civil liability.
