1. Service Scope

USIPE is a private compliance and notification service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate IP ownership documentation.
• Ensure all reported violations are in good faith.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

3. Credits & Billing

Email and enforcement actions are deducted from your credit balance according to your plan. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

USIPE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or actions taken by third parties as a result of our notices.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or abuse of the system.
